How to identify the authenticity of agarwood products?
We promise to only make real agarwood. Identification method:
- Observe the oil lines: The oil lines of natural agarwood are naturally distributed and present irregular cloud-like shapes; the texture of counterfeit products is rigid or too uniform.
- Smell the fragrance: Real agarwood emits a light and elegant fragrance at room temperature, and has rich layers of fragrance when heated. Chemical fragrance products have a pungent and single smell.
- Measure density: Most agarwood does not sink in water, only high-oil old materials can sink in water; if low-priced products claim to sink in water, be vigilant
How to calculate order delivery time and international shipping charges?
- Delivery time: Delivery within 48 hours after order confirmation, fully traceable
- Shipping policy: Automatically calculated based on destination (displayed in real time on checkout page), free shipping worldwide for orders over $100
- Transportation time: Delivery to Europe and America usually takes 15-20 days, and to remote areas takes more than 20 days
Can I return or exchange the product if I am not satisfied with it?
Return conditions: Unused and well-packaged products can be returned within 7 days after arrival (sealable and unopened).
After-sales process: submit application on the official website → customer service confirmation → send back to the designated warehouse → refund
